What are prenuptial agreements?
A Prenuptial Agreement is a legal document you can enter into before a new marriage to protect your position in relation to your income and capital. The law has recently changed and they are now recognised as legally binding documents. If you are bringing in a lot of money, whether via income or capital, to the new marriage then to protect your position if the marriage comes to an end it would be advisable to enter into a pre-nuptial agreement.
